You can choose to receive annual reports about GoodLoop. A report will contain information on its financial position and performance, how efficiently it is being managed, and about the financial risks to which it is exposed.
You can choose to receive notices about meetings of GoodLoop. The notice will inform you about matters that you may wish to attend the meeting to consider, and that you are able to appoint a proxy to attend the meeting and vote on your behalf. Attendance at meetings of GoodLoop enables members to participate in its governance, ask questions of management about its performance and financial standing, question the auditor about the conduct of the audit and the contents of the auditor’s report, and vote on any proposal to amend the constitution of GoodLoop.
You are not obliged to make an election under this section. However, if you do not do so within 21 days, then GoodLoop is not required to send you copies of its Annual Report or notices of meetings. You can change your choice at any time by notifying us in writing. In the case of notices of meeting your notice can be a standing one or relate only to a specified meeting. Your choice will remain a standing election until notice is received.
